Refund policy
Returning an Item
You can return an item for a refund or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- User our return portal to submit your return request.
- We’ll provide a local return address (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or China).
- Return shipping to the return location is paid by the customer. We do not provide shipping labels.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging (tags and clear plastic bags with product barcodes).
- We only offer one return process per item in your order. That means you cannot ask for another exchange/refund again if the exchange does not fit you.
- After receiving the return instructions you have 7 days to send your return back to us and submit the shipping tracking info. Exceeding the deadline will result in a rejection of the return, and any packages received will not be reimbursed/compensated by Snapfashionista.
We require using tracked shipping, we’re not responsible for returns we don’t have proof of delivery for.
Bundle/Sets
- We do not accept return requests for part of the set. The entire set must be returned. For example we cannot accept this situation: You bought a set (top and bottom), and you want to return/exchange only the top.
Exchange
- You return the item, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock when processing, a refund will be issued instead.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We do not refund the shipping costs, only the item cost.
No refunds will be issued if:
- You don’t return the item.
- The return is lost in transit.
- There is no tracking showing delivered back to us.
- Item returned is worn or in poor condition.
